Our story began on the Camino de Santiago in 2023, where two people walking the same path discovered more than just a trail. What started as footsteps side by side grew into a friendship rooted in a shared love for the outdoors, adventure, and discovery.

Back home in Ireland, we carried that spirit into every journey. From the heights of Carrauntoohil, to the wild beauty of Donegal, to the timeless landscapes of Kerry, each adventure deepened our love for nature and built a community of explorers who live for the outdoors.

But it was the rugged Beara Peninsula and the unspoiled trails of the Sheep’s Head that truly sparked something greater. The raw coastlines, mountain paths, and quiet magic of these places inspired us to create Beara Compass™ — a brand born from adventure and grounded in Ireland’s wildest landscapes.
