Returns Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- If returning items causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold (€100), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Return Method:
- Returns must be made by post only
- We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of postage
- Items remain your responsibility until received by us
Please include your name and phone number, and if possible, a returns form or note with your parcel.

- Faulty items must be returned clean for health and safety reasons
